Regime Compass is operated by Aditya Sahasrabuddhe. For privacy, account access, correction, deletion, or security concerns, email troveglobal@gmail.com. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, or brokerage credentials.
When you sign in with Google, Google and our authentication provider, Supabase, process your account identifier, verified email address, name and profile picture, and authentication/session information. We request basic identity permissions only; we do not access your Gmail inbox or receive your Google password. If you choose email/password registration, Supabase manages the authentication credentials. We use account information to authenticate you, secure the service and associate your saved workspace with you. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing or alerts.
Your optional professional profile can include your display name, role, organisation, country and interests. We use it to personalise the service and understand the professional audience using it; it is not a public directory or consent to marketing. You can edit or clear these fields in My profile. We store the holdings, quantities, optional costs, portfolio names, watchlists, layouts and preferences you choose to save. These support portfolio calculations and your personal desk. Do not upload information you are not authorised to use. Holdings are entered or imported by you; we do not connect to your broker or execute trades. Market-data requests can include an instrument symbol, but our quote lookup does not send your account identity, quantities or costs to the market-data source.
Necessary HttpOnly cookies maintain your session: rc_session (up to one hour), rc_refresh (up to 30 days), and rc_oauth (up to ten minutes during Google sign-in). Local test environments can use different cookie names. Optional Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) can be set after acceptance and may last up to two years. Browser storage remembers your theme and analytics choice. These functions are separate from optional analytics. Google may use its own cookies on the Google sign-in service.
On public pages, Google Analytics loads only after you accept optional analytics. It can process page activity, browser/device information, online identifiers and approximate location. We do not load analytics on account or personal workspace pages, or send holdings or account emails to analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent sign-in. . Withdrawing permission stops future analytics on this browser; it does not recall information already processed. Google sign-in, fonts and other requested third-party resources are separate from analytics and may still contact their providers.
Feedback and waitlist submissions can contain your message, optional email and submission time. We use these to respond, improve the service or send the requested launch announcement. Optional regime alerts use your email, preferences and verification/delivery timestamps. Alert subscription uses email confirmation and includes an unsubscribe option. Signing in with Google is not consent to receive these alerts.
Supabase provides hosted authentication and, where enabled, workspace storage. Google provides sign-in, optional analytics and fonts; jsDelivr serves frontend libraries. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver and protect the service. They may receive technical information such as IP address, request time and browser details. The current Supabase project is in Mumbai, India; provider support, authentication and infrastructure processing may also occur in other countries. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider agreements must govern that processing. See Supabase privacy and Google privacy.
Saved workspace information is kept while your account is active unless you delete it or request account closure. You can edit or delete portfolios and export your workspace from My account. To request complete account deletion, access or correction, email troveglobal@gmail.com from the registered address; we may verify ownership before acting. Account closure requires removal of both the authentication record and associated workspace records. Security logs and restricted backup copies may remain for provider retention cycles or legal/security needs; we do not promise immediate erasure of every backup. We restrict access and use encrypted transport in production, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Rights and response deadlines depend on applicable law; you may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
We do not sell or rent personal information, operate advertising networks on this service, or use Google identity or portfolio information for advertising. Limited processing by service providers is described above. We may disclose information when legally required. If the service changes ownership, any transfer of personal information must respect applicable law and this notice, with notice or consent where required.
Regime Compass is intended for people aged 18 or older. If you believe someone under 18 has supplied account information, contact troveglobal@gmail.com so we can investigate and address it.
Regime Compass is a work in progress. Features can change and errors can occur. We welcome feedback; please avoid including sensitive holdings in public-facing feedback. Beta status does not waive your statutory rights or our data-protection obligations. We will update this notice when practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Continued use is not a substitute for consent where the law requires it.
